Nicolas Dalby is a professional mixed martial artist currently competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He fights in the welterweight division of the promotion. Dalby made his professional debut in mixed martial arts in 2010. In his first professional fight, he squared off against Laurens-Jan Thijssen at Fighter Gala: Fight Night 5. He won the fight by submission in the third round.

He took off on a perfect start to his professional career and amassed 14 consecutive victories before suffering his first defeat. Dalby also won the welterweight title at Fighter Gala 23: Cage Fight in 2011 by defeating Mindaugas Baranauskas via KO in the first round. He is a former welterweight and an interim welterweight champion at Cage Warriors.

Nicolas Dalby made his way into the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on September 28, 2019. He locked horns with Alex Oliveira in his inaugural fight for the promotion at UFC Fight Night: Hermansson vs. Cannonier. Dalby defeated Oliveira via a unanimous decision.

In his most recent fight, Nicolas Dalby fought Muslim Salikhov at UFC Fight Night: Vettori vs. Cannonier on June 17, 2023.
