Patrick Daniel Sabatini, a featherweight fighter for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), was born on November 9, 1990. On February 20, 2021, at UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Lewis, Sabatini unexpectedly filled in for Mike Trizano against Rafael Alves, sparking his career in the UFC.

On August 28, 2021, Sabatini took on Jamall Emmers at the UFC on ESPN: Barboza vs. Chikadze, further solidifying his reputation in the UFC. He won a thrilling first-round submission and received his first Performance of the Night bonus.

Lucas Almeida was his opponent in his most recent fight, which happened on June 17, 2023, at UFC on ESPN: Vettori vs. Cannonier. In the second round, Sabatini proved his skills once more by winning by submission (arm-triangle choke).
