The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is about to bring another pay-per-view event in 2024. UFC 301 from Brazil. It is scheduled to be held in the Farmasi Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The event will be headlined by the UFC flyweight champion, Alexandre Pantoja, and Steve Erceg in a flyweight title bout. Paul Craig and Caio Borralho will lock horns with each other on the main card of UFC 301 in a middleweight showdown.

Paul Craig made his professional debut on August 24, 2013, against Brad Conway at First Fighting Championship: Prepare For Glory 3 in a light heavyweight bout. Craig defeated Conway by first-round submission and started his career with a convincing win. He marched forward and compiled a clinical record of 8 wins and 0 losses before storming his way into the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

In his promotional debut in the UFC, Paul Craig was welcomed into the octagon by Henrique da Silva at UFC on FOX: VanZant vs. Waterson on December 17, 2016. He defeated da Silva via a second-round submission and made a statement with his win in the promotion. Paul Craig switched to the middleweight division on July 22, 2023, against Andre Muniz at UFC Fight Night: Aspinall vs Tybura which he won by second-round TKO.

Paul Craig’s opponent for his upcoming fight at UFC 301, Caio Borralho is a Brazilian professional mixed martial artist having an experience of almost a decade in the business. He made his professional debut on December 13, 2014, at Evoke Fight: Gods of Wars against Cleiton Rafael. He defeated Rafael via a first-round KO and started his career with a dominant win.

After fighting twice in Dana White’s Contender Series, Caio Borralho was signed by the UFC and he made his promotional debut in the promotion against Gadzhi Omargadzhiev on April 16, 2022, at UFC on ESPN: Luque vs. Muhammad 2. Borralho won the fight by technical decision and has since been regularly competing in the promotion. Paul Craig and Caio Borralho will look for a dominant victory over each other in their upcoming match with the hope of moving forward in the UFC’s middleweight division.
