Paulo Costa has made it public knowledge that his contract with the UFC is coming to an end, and he believes the promotion is punishing him by sending USADA to his house in the early hours of the morning.
'Borrachinha' is the #6-ranked middleweight and is just one or two wins away from fighting for a UFC title. However, his contract expires right around the corner. The Brazilian has built a huge following on social media and has quickly become one of the most popular fighters on the roster for his hilarious presence online.
During a post on Twitter, Paulo Costa aired his frustrations as he revealed that USADA had once again turned up at his home at 5 am for several times, saying:
"Imagine if some UFC guys could send the USADA [to my home at] 5 am [on] repeated days to annoy [me] since you're a few months away from finishing and you don't want to renew their miserable contract. But that's just a delusional thing, don't mind."

Despite clearly being at odds with the promotion, Paulo Costa is just three months away from sharing the octagon with Robert Whittaker in arguably one of the most anticipated middleweight fights in recent history.
The pair are reportedly going to collide in the cage during the UFC's return to Australian soil on February 11. UFC 284 debuts at the RAC Arena in Perth, and though a handful of fights have been announced, it is far from a complete card.
What will Paulo Costa do after his UFC contract expires?
While nothing is official yet, Paulo Costa has his sights set on running down his UFC contract, which would open up a number of possibilities for the heavy-hitting athlete.
The most likely outcome is arguably the Brazilian, Dana White, and the UFC all coming to an agreement on contract talks and offering the 31-year-old a pay boost compared to his previous deal.
One surprising option for Costa is a career in boxing. In what seems like a common occurrence for MMA fighters recently, the South American has expressed an interest in switching the cage for the ring and could be targeted by Jake Paul next.
Though it remains unclear what he plans to do, the knockout artist will potentially be given huge offers from a bunch of other combat sports promotions, with PFL, Bellator, ONE, and BKFC all viable options.
