Rafael Fiziev, who goes by the nickname "Altman", is an Azerbaijani mixed martial artist who competes in the UFC's lightweight (155 lbs) division. Fiziev was born in Korday, Kazakhstan, on March 5, 1993.

Fiziev made his first walk to the UFC octagon on April 20, 2019, against Magomed Mustafaev in UFC Fight Night 149, where he lost via a first-round technical knockout. In his last outing on September 23, 2023, at UFC Fight Night 228, Fiziev squared off against Mateusz Gamrot, only to lose via a technical knockout in the second round as he suffered a serious injury to his knee. Fiziev is now scheduled to return to action in a rematch against Justin Gaethje on March 8, 2025, at UFC 313, stepping in to replace an injured Dan Hooker.

On April 20, 2019, Rafael Fiziev suffered his first loss to Magomed Mustafaev at UFC Fight Night: Overeem vs. Oleinik. Mustafaev won by TKO in the first round. He fought Justin Gaethje on March 18, 2023, in a back-and-forth battle. This bout was the Fight of the Night, and Gaethje clinched the win by majority decision.

His last loss was to Mateusz Gamrot on September 23, 2023. In the second round, Fiziev threw a body kick, but his knee twisted badly, causing him to collapse in pain. Referee Herb Dean stopped the fight, awarding Gamrot the TKO victory.
