Thomas Paul Aspinall is an English mixed martial artist competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Currently holding the interim crown among heavyweights in UFC, Aspinall began training martial arts at the early age of seven under his father's tutelage, initially studying wrestling and boxing before finding Brazilian jiu-jitsu as his passion.

He achieved victories at various belt classes at the British Open for Brazilian jiu-jitsu (except black belt level). At 16, he experienced an extraordinary growth spurt from 5 feet 8 inches (1.73 m) to 6 feet 5 inches. Tom Aspinall's highly anticipated UFC debut happened on July 25, 2020, at UFC Fight Night: Whittaker vs. Till. He faced veteran Jake Collier. In less than a minute of the first round, Aspinall's devastating right hand knocked Collier out.
