Gian Villante put on a fantastic performance, both in the striking and grappling departments.
Villante out-struck Barroso over the course of the fight, and while the grappling exchanges were quite even, one of the 3 judges inexplicably scored the fight for Barroso.
Regardless, with two scorecards in his favour, Villante walked away the victor, and rightfully so.

Rob Font put on a show for the fans against dangerous Muay Thai striker Thomas Almeida.
While Font had the more fluid striking throughout, Almeida did have his moments over the course of the match. Regardless, Font tagged Almeida with a beautiful Head-Kick in the second stanza of the matchup, following up with a barrage of punches for the win.
