Women's Bantamweight: Aspen Ladd vs Tonya Evinger

Aspen Ladd - Will be hoping to make it two wins out of two at UFC 229

UFC has high hopes for the undefeated youngster Aspen Ladd. The 23-year-old was part of controversy prior to her UFC debut at Fight Night 128 when her scheduled fight with Leslie Smith was cancelled due to Ladd weighing in almost two pounds above the 136-pound weight limit.

Smith refused to fight at catchweight and Ladd ended up fighting Lina Lansberg instead. Victorious, Ladd will be intent to add veteran, Tonya Evinger to her list of vanquished foes.

The 37-year-old Evinger lost her last fight versus Featherweight Champion, Cris Cyborg and will be aware victory over Ladd will likely be her final opportunity to put herself back on the title trail.
