Gunnar Nelson slashed Oliveira open

Round 1: Oliveira had to defend a takedown attempt by Nelson and accidentally landed an elbow to the back of Nelson's head. Nelson tried to pick up Oliveira for a throwdown, but Oliveira grabbed onto the fence. The fight was stopped to issue a warning and they continued with Nelson taking down Oliveira.

Nelson took the back of Oliveira and took wrist control. Nelson kept hitting him and then took body triangle and back control. Somehow, Oliveira twisted and took the top on Nelson. He came with a nasty ground and pound before Nelson batted him away. He came back with more bad shots to the face of Nelson. The big right hands saw Nelson in a lot of trouble. Oliveira kept throwing, but Nelson took him down with an Ankle Lock.

Round 2: Both fighters clinched up, looking for takedowns, and Nelson was the one who was successful. He got on top of Oliveira and was bleeding on top of Oliveira. Nelson stayed on top of him and hit him with really bad elbows. Oliveira was split open badly and went for the Rear Naked Choke. Oliveira immediately tapped out and was bleeding out all over the place.
