Round 1: Ponzinibbio closed the distance fast as he hit a one-two combination fast. He followed up with more shots which hurt Magny. The crowd was cheering each move made by Ponzinibbio. Ponzinibbio hit Magny with a leg kick and another punch closing Magny's eye. He hit another punch making Magny stumble.

Ponzinibbio hit yet another big shot on Magny, but the counter kick cut him on the bridge of the nose. Magny started getting back in the fight, using his greater reach to get some shots in from distance.

Ponzinibbio hit Magny again, but stumbled. He hit Magny and kept his opponent's back to the fence. Ponzinibbio's leg kicks did damage and then his rights did a lot of damage, while Magny backed off again and again. Big rights at the end of the round pushed Magny back down, and it looked like it was over, but no.
The round came to an end.
Round 2: Magny came into the second round throwing the punches and hooks. He hit a low leg kick, but Ponzinibbio's leg kick took him down. Ponzinibbio did not follow, allowed him to get up and then hit him with a big kick taking him down yet again.
Magny kept backing up, but cut open Ponzinibbio with a headbutt. The cut was a bad one, on the eyelid and on the cheek again. Ponzinibbio hit Magny on the eye to return the favour and dropped him again.
Again he allowed him to get back up and followed it up with jabs and punches making Magny almost lean against the cage. Ponzinibbio dropped Magny yet again. Magny was left with little defence. A huge jab almost dropped Magny yet again, but it was not enough.
Round 3: Neil Magny came in with fast jabs, but Ponzinibbio hit him with a huge hook right back. The leg kick sent Magny hobbling on one foot. He then stuck him against the fence and the hooks from Ponzinibbio shook Magny.
Magny was shaken yet again with power punches. A huge leg kick left Magny on one foot.
The left eye of Ponzinibbio troubled him a little, but the third round came to an end with both fighters still standing.
Round 4: Ponzinibbio continued to force Magny down and dropped him yet again. Ponzinibbio seemingly could not do anything at all. The fight seemed over. A power right was all that was needed. Magny went down, and Ponzinibbio celebrated his huge win with his home country fans.
