Carlos Diego Ferreira notched another at UFC Austin

Carlos Diego Ferreira hit Jared Gordon in the groin—not once, but twice.

Regardless, the bout went on as usual, without Ferreira being penalized for his actions. Moments later, Ferreira caught Gordon on the mat, with the latter having one of his arms trapped under Ferreira; following which Ferreira unleashed with ground & pound for the stoppage victory.

#2 Geoff Neal vs. Brian Camozzi

Geoff Neal read Camozzi perfectly right off the bat—be it the standup or the mat exchanges.

Neal tagged Camozzi at will, and continued his dominance on the mat as well. Neal caught his foe in a beautiful Bulldog Choke in the end for the submission victory.

#3 Roberto Sanchez vs. Joby Sanchez

Roberto Sanchez ran through Joby Sanchez as though a hot knife through butter.

Roberto was unrelenting with his forward pressure, and that combined with his athleticism, spelled doom for Joby. In the very first round of the bout, Roberto caught Joby in a Rear-Naked Choke after a quick transition to the back; for the submission win.

#4 Lucie Pudilova vs. Sarah Moras

Lucie Pudilova seemed to have trouble with Moras’ rhythm and awkward striking in the initial stages of the matchup.

Pudilova, however, adjusted brilliantly, and took the fight to Moras midway. Pudilova dropped Moras on a couple of occasions over the course of their bout, resultantly, swaying the judges in her favor.
