It was a solid round for Wood as he got in some good combinations and almost locked in the D'Arc choke right at the end of the round.
Round 2: Wood succeeded with his fists at the beginning of the second round as he connected. They tied up near the cage.
Jose went for an over and under and then for a trip. Wood, though, was the one who tripped Jose and took him down. He showed some good movement and got the Mexican's back. He locked in a tight rear naked choke and forced a tap out of Jose.
