Round 1: Spencer started off with the inside leg kicks, Anderson shot back with a right cross. Spencer's used her taekwondo kicks to keep Anderson at bay.

They clinched near the cage. Spencer kept working and chipped away with foot stomps and knees. Spencer got Anderson's back and kept softening her up with punches. Anderson attempted to get back up to her feet but Spencer was relentless as she worked towards getting in the hooks for the rear naked choke. Spencer punched Anderson from the back which forced Anderson to turn.

The resistance from Anderson was finally broken down as Spencer got her hands underneath Anderson's chin, fastened the hooks and locked in the RNC.

Anderson tapped which gave Spencer a win on her UFC debut. That was pure dominance from the former Invicta Champion.
