Conor Mcgregor may have his fair share of detractors for his highly questionable behavior outside the UFC, but the polarizing star also manages to do something good from time to time.
He gets caught punching old men in a bar but also indulges in noble causes which include donating his profits.
McGregor recently took to Instagram to reveal the first anniversary of his popular whiskey brand, Proper No. 12. As one may know, McGregor's Irish brand of whiskey has been a tremendous success ever since it was launched a year ago and it can currently be found in eight countries around the world.
The former UFC Double Champion revealed that $1Million of the recorded profits have been donated to First Responders.

Here's what McGregor shared on Instagram:
Happy 1st birthday to @properwhiskey!!! What a journey it has been so far! We are now in 8 countries to date, with many more planned for 2020! I am so thankful to you all for your support and love of PROPER No. TWELVE! I also want to thank the fine Irish women and men who have worked so diligently at the distillery and beyond…what an amazing team we have! When we started this business, something very important to me was to give back.
For every case we sell, my company donates $5 up to 1 million dollars per year to first responders. I am very proud to announce that we have already hit the 1 million dollar mark! This is all thanks to you! Our fans! Thank you all ❤️ In the New Year, we will begin donating the first million dollars to first responder organizations. My team is vetting it all out now to be sure it goes into the proper hands. Thank you all for the support! Sláinte #ONEFORALL @properwhiskey
While it's great to see McGregor's business venture taking off as intended, the fans of the controversial Irishman are yearning to see him return to the Octagon.
The last time we saw McGregor inside the cage, the former Featherweight Champion was on the wrong side of a beatdown against Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229.
McGregor has stated that he will return to fight at UFC 246 on January 18th at the T-Mobile Arena and he could potentially face Donald Cerrone at the event.
As per latest reports, the negotiations for the fight are going along well and the fans should expect an announcement to be made sooner rather than later.
