UFC Fighter, Yair Rodriguez, was on Ariel Helwani's MMA Show for an interview. During the show, he talked about his fight with 'The Korean Zombie' Chan Sung Jung, as well as his health and injuries he suffered during the fight.

Rodriguez also reacted to the last-second knockout he got over Jung when he hit him with an elbow to take him out at 4 minutes and 59 seconds of the 5th round.

After five full tiring rounds, the two fighters were exhausted heading into the last minutes of the bout. The two of them did not hold back on the action, as Rodriguez kept throwing innovative offense at his opponent, while Jung continued a steady pace with excellent combinations.

The fight came to an end at the last possible second, when Jung rushed in for a knockout attempt. Instead, he was caught by an elbow thrown by Rodriguez vertically upwards right on the jaw. At 4 minutes and 59 seconds of the fifth round, the elbow knocked 'The Korean Zombie' out immediately and handed the fight to Rodriguez.

During his interview with Ariel Helwani, Yair Rodriguez reacted to the knockout he had managed over Chan Sung Jung.

Rodriguez revealed that he could not believe the fact that he had been able to hit the elbow. While he had practiced the elbow, he could not believe he had hit him in the last second.

"I couldn't believe it! I was like holy s**t!".... 'Did I really hit him in the last second?'"

He went on to say he could not believe the fact that he had hit him in the last second, and he was extremely happy celebrating with his corner.
