- If you had any doubts about Fedor being out of shape for his MMA return then think again as the former Pride FC Heavyweight Champion is ‘jacked’ and ready to rumble.

In a new training video featuring ‘The Last Emperor’, Fedor might not look like the smooth predator from back in his heyday, but he does look buffed up. He is all set to return to MMA action against little known Jaydeep Singh on 31st Dec. Fedor shunned the big bucks of the UFC and opted for an upstart Japanese promotion. This is his first MMA fight since his retirement in 2012 and would surely bring a lot of buzz for the new's promotion's first event.

Fedor looks exceptionally good in the training video and it would be surreal to witness one of the greatest Heavyweights, if not the greatest heavyweight fighter to ever grace the planet show his class once again.

- The world is waiting and even DC himself for Jon Jones to return to the Octagon. The court sentenced him to a mandatory probation during which he would complete 72 visits to youth centers and facilities.

The sentence was awarded to ‘Bones for his role in the hit and run case that happened earlier in this year. From the people who have seen his progress, it is said that the former Light Heavyweight Champion is doing great when it comes to his mandatory visits and is en route in finishing the target of 72 in record time. He went to 5 such facilities in one day itself on the 1^st of this month, which gives you an idea of the eagerness he has to come back and reclaim his title.

According to reports from TMZ and the comments collected from the heads of these youth organizations, Jones is said to be really well received and has been imparting resonating advice to the youth.

“His message to my team was simply awesome. His whole demeanor was great." These are young men, 8th grade to seniors in high school who really look up to him and I think they learned from this and appreciated Jon's visit. I appreciated it," said the coach of Sandia Prep School from Alberquerqe, New Mexico.

The students were advised by Jones not to commit the mistakes he did that almost wrecked his MMA career and steer clear of any bad influence. The head coach of the Gracie Barra New Mexico Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu said, “He talked about losing a lot of wrestling matches but setting hit goals high and working hard to achieve them.”

Jones has his task cut out at the moment and is on his way in completing it with the same intensity he shows inside the Octagon. The much-anticipated rematch between Bones and DC may not be far enough indeed.
