The highly anicipated Bellator 138 main-event fight between Kimbo Slice and Ken Shamrock ended with Slice winning via a first round knockout. It was a very intense battle between the two veterans some dubious clinching and grappling. But UFC’s ringside announcer Joe Rogan a different view and called the match "Fake as F*ck" on his podcast, "The Joe Rogan Experience," He said:
“There’s a couple of things I don’t like: I don’t like that clinch, that long clinch that they had when they were mouth to ear. They were mouth to each other’s ear for a long time. And when he did take him down he never hit him once — how about that? He never hit him. He had him down, he had him flattened out (and) he’s not blasting him with punches, that doesn’t make any sense.”
“There was a lot of s*** I didn’t like about it ... To me the whole thing (looked fake). The entrance was suspect because he was shaking everybody’s hand. It didn’t look like he was going into a fight, it looked like he was about to put on a performance.”

But he agreed that heavy right hand punch from Kimbo, which split open Shamrock’s eyebrow was real.
“The way Kimbo stopped Shamrock — that was real as f***. He definitely cracked him, Maybe they made an agreement and then Kimbo thought ‘I’m going to punch this motherf***** anyway.”
