Rodtang Jitmuangnon’s striking arsenal is endless, but perhaps the Muay Thai icon's crippling liver shot is the most dangerous. ‘The Iron Man’ has put many men down for the count with his devastating body shot.

Recently, former ONE competitor-turned-commentator, Mitch Chilson, got a lesson from the man himself on how to properly execute his patented liver shot in a clip posted to Chilson’s Instagram.

“Could you take a @rodtang_jimungnon body shot?”

Fans on Instagram took to the comments section to answer Chilson’s question in the post and share their thoughts on the beautiful brutality that is Rodtang Jitmuangnon’s signature style.

Superlek Kiatmoo9 dreams of dethroning Rodtang Jitmuangnon to honor his father

On Friday, January 13, ‘The Iron Man’ and ‘The Kicking Machine’ will return to the Circle at ONE Fight Night 6 on Prime Video. Unfortunately, the pair won’t be squaring off with one another, but an eventual showdown between Rodtang and Superlek Kiatmoo9 is something ONE Championship fans have been clamoring for.

Superlek would gladly accept the opportunity to dethrone the reigning flyweight Muay Thai world champion, honoring his father in the process. In an interview with the promotion, Superlek shared his dream of becoming a ONE world champion for himself and his father, who has always supported him. He said back in August 2022:

“He tells me to concentrate on my practice, to take care of myself, and don’t stay up so late. When I have a fight, he always encourages me to focus. He really wants to see me become the [ONE] world champion one day, and I’d like to make his dream come true.”
