Souza holds an 11-1 professional record and is currently riding a two-fight win streak that includes a KO victory over current Invicta 105 lb Atomweight champion, Ayaka Hamasaki.
Souza's lone loss came against current top UFC Strawweight Angela Hill. Souza is already regarded by many as a top 10 fighter worldwide, so it was only a matter of time before she got the call-up to the big show.
