Errol Spence Jr. is an American professional boxer who was born on March 3, 1990. He has held the titles of the World Boxing Council (WBC) since 2019, the International Boxing Federation (IBF) since 2017, and the World Boxing Association (WBA) (Super version) since 2022, making him the current unified champion in the welterweight division.

He represented the United States at the 2012 Olympics and won three straight national titles in the welterweight division. He made it all the way to the quarterfinals. Spence was recognized by ESPN as the 2015 Prospect of the Year.
