Jermell DeAvante Charlo (born May 19, 1990) is an American professional boxer currently holding the undisputed light middleweight world champion title. Charlo first held onto the WBC title from 2016-2018, since then, he has added WBA (Super), IBF, Ring magazine, and WBO titles to his arsenal.

Jermell "The Iron Man" Charlo currently ranks as one of the ten greatest active boxers globally pound-for-pound according to both The Ring and Transnational Boxing Rankings Board (TBRB), as well as being considered the best active light middleweight boxer by all four entities (TBRB, BoxRec, The Ring and ESPN).

On December 8, 2007, Charlo began his professional boxing career and secured a four-round victory against Corey Sommerville.
