Shavkat Rakhmonov, popularly known by the moniker “Nomad,” is a UFC welterweight division MMA fighter from Kazakhstan. As of November 2024, he is undefeated in his professional mixed martial arts career. Hailing from Karaganda, Rakhmonov started his professional MMA career in the M-1 Global, where he is a former one-time M-1 Welterweight Champion.

Shavkat Rakhmonov made his UFC debut against Alex Oliveira at UFC 254: Khabib vs. Gaethje on October 24, 2020. He won the fight through submission via guillotine choke in Round 1. Since then, Rakhmonov has established himself as a formidable competitor in the UFC, winning the Performance of the Night twice and Fight of the Night one time so far.
