Aline has never been knocked down in her Glory career. She also holds a strike accuracy of 43.9 % in the premier kickboxing promotion.
The Brazilian suffered her first defeat in the kickboxing promotion in her last fight at Glory 77 against Tiffany Van Soest via unanimous decision. Her only other kickboxing loss came against Elaine Lopes at WGP Kickboxing 45 in 2018 via unanimous decision.
Like her older sibling, Aline has her eyes set on mixed martial arts. The 33-year-old holds 1-2 record as a professional MMA fighter. She made her MMA debut at Legacy Fighting Alliance 147 against Helen Peralta. Unfortunately, she lost the bout via unanimous decision.
Following a win over Chelsea Conner at LFA 160, she dropped the second unanimous decision of her MMA career against Cheyanne Bowers in September 2023.
Interestingly, her brother, Alex Pereira also fought at LFA before his UFC debut. The UFC light heavyweight champion's short stint at the promotion was a huge success. In his only LFA fight, 'Poatan' clinched a first-round KO win over Thomas Powell.
Alex Pereira and Aline Pereira: who had a more successful Glory career?
Alex Pereria had a much better career at Glory. While Aline Pereira was the No. 4-ranked bantamweight contender at one point in Glory, Alex became a simultaneous two-division champion in his time with the promotion, capturing both the middleweight and light-heavyweight titles.
'Poatan' also holds a Glory record of 11 wins and 4 losses compared to Aline's 2-1. He captured the Glory middleweight title from Simon Marcus at Glory 46 via unanimous decision. The elder Pereira sibling then went on to defend the belt five times.
The 37-year-old then captured the undisputed light heavyweight title from Artem Vakhitov at Glory 77 via a split decision. However, 'Poatan' couldn't replicate his success in the 187lbs division at light heavyweight and lost the title back to Vakhitov at Glory 78.
Alex climbed another pinnacle of his martial arts career when he defeated archrival Israel Adesanya for the UFC middleweight title. He captured the light heavyweight title after losing the rematch against Adesanya and is set to attempt the third defense of his championship reign against Khalil Rountree Jr. at UFC 307.
