Jon Jones once left a fan on crutches, after they asked the UFC star to land a leg kick on them as hard as he could.

'Bones' is considered by many to be one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time. His dominance at both light heavyweight and now heavyweight has seen him become one of the most feared men on the planet, amassing a stunning 27-1-1 professional record.

Due to Jon Jones' status as the potential GOAT of the UFC, many challengers have fallen by the wayside as they attempted to dethrone him. Even some fans believe Jones isn't all that, which one fan opted to put to the test earlier this year.

Back in March, whilst Jones was doing a tour of Australia, a fan named Jensen Dean approached the UFC star backstage at a Meet and Greet. He then asked Jones to kick his leg, believing he could withstand it.

Jones obliged and threw a kick, which almost knocked Dean to the floor. He then jumped up and asked the heavyweight champion to do it again, but this time as hard as he could.

Once again Jones agreed, and landed another viscious kick, knocking the fan to the floor. The pair then hugged it out but the damage was done, as it was later revealed that Jensen Dean had had to visit the hospital.

Dean was later pictured in crutches but in good spirits, stating that he had suffered damage to his hamstring as a result of the kicks.

Daniel Cormier believes Jon Jones could fight Tom Aspinall at light heavyweight

Daniel Cormier recently stated that he believes Jon Jones would be more likely to accept a fight against Tom Aspinall if the pair were to fight at light heavyweight.

Over recent months, Aspinall has been calling for a unification clash against 'Bones', as he has both won and defended the interim heavyweight title whilst Jones has been out injured.

The UFC have remained firm on their plans, however, and have booked Jones against Stipe Miocic instead.

Cormier then weighed in on the situation during a recent appearance on the Pound 4 Pound podcast. According to 'DC', he believes Jones would be more willing to face the Brit if they were competing in his natural division. He said:

"I think this kid [Aspinall] is as dangerous for him [Jones] as anybody he's ever been in there with, partly because that's not his weight class. I bet if he's weighing 215 [pounds], he would fight Tom Aspinall better than him weighing 245 pounds. 220? In his 205 frame, he'd fight Tom Aspinall better than he'd fight him at 250."
