Ikram Aliskerov is a Russian professional mixed martial artist who has competed in various professional fight promotions and currently is a part of the leading professional mixed martial arts promotion the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s roster. He competes in the middleweight division of the premiere MMA organization.

Aliskerov made his professional mixed martial arts debut on April 26, 2012, at Fight Star: European MMA Cup against Alimjon Sadmonov. He secured a unanimous decision victory in his inaugural professional fight to start his career on a winning note. He competed in multiple fight promotions right after his debut while plowing through his rivals inside the cage. Aliskerov competed at Dana White’s Contender Series 54 on September 13, 2022, against Mario Sousa and defeated him by first-round submission, courtesy of a kimura lock.

After prevailing against Mario Sousa in 2022, Ikram Aliskerov earned a UFC contract. He squared off against Phil Hawes at UFC 288 in his promotional debut for the promotion. Aliskerov sent Hawes to the shadow realm by shutting his lights off in the first round to win the fight by a first-round KO. He maintained his dominance inside the octagon by living up to his reputation as a formidable finisher.

Ikram Aliskerov is now slated to face the former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker in a high-stakes middleweight bout on June 22, 2024. The fight will take place in the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
