Why did Rob Font miss weight?

Rob Font, for his last fight, at UFC Fight Night: Font vs. Vera, missed weight due to overeating after the loss against Jose Aldo at UFC Vegas 44. He was invited to his aunt's place in the Bahamas after suffering a loss against the former featherweight champion. Font also claimed that his next fight camp focused mainly on weight-cutting but was unsuccessful.

Even though Font was able to outstrike Marlon Vera at UFC Vegas 44, and did not earn any 'Performance of the Night' bonus.
