Terence Crawford is a distinguished American professional boxer who holds the distinction of reigning as a world champion in three weight classes. He was drawn towards boxing since his childhood and started training at the young age of seven. During his stint as an amateur boxer, Crawford took part in 70 boxing bouts in which he lost 12. After having an amateur run filled with multiple accolades, Crawford eventually became a professional boxer in 2008.

On March 14, 2008, Terence Crawford was welcomed into a professional squared circle for the first time by Brian Cummings in a four-round showdown. Crawford made quick work of his inaugural rival by knocking him out in the first round to secure a dominant victory and start his professional boxing career on a winning note. After making his debut, Crawford went rampaging through his opponents and kept piling win-after-win in succession.

In his most recent fight, the decorated American boxer took on Errol Spence Jr. on July 29, 2023. The fight was his 40th professional bout with the WBA welterweight title, WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, and the vacant Ring magazine welterweight titles on the line. Crawford defeated Spence Jr. by a ninth-round TKO and retained his WBO welterweight strap besides taking WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, and the vacant Ring magazine welterweight title home. As of August 1, 2024, Terence Crawford has already been a part of four huge pay-per-view events. He is slated to challenge Israil Madrimov for the WBA and interim WBO super welterweight titles on August 3, 2024, in his upcoming fight.
