Waldo Cortes-Acosta vs. Marcos Rogerio de Lima

Waldo Cortes-Acosta’s only loss came against Marcos Rogerio de Lima at UFC Fight Night: Song vs. Simon on April 29, 2024. De Lima showcased a strategy heavily focused on leg kicks, effectively targeting Cortes-Acosta's calf early on. Despite Cortes-Acosta's resilience and counterattacks, de Lima managed to secure takedowns and control positions on the ground in both the first and second rounds. However, Cortes-Acosta demonstrated his durability and striking skills, landing significant strikes and defending takedown attempts throughout the fight.
