JDS coached opposite to Brock Lesnar for The Ultimate fighter season 13, and also scheduled to fight against him but Lesnar pulled out of the bout citing diverticulitis. JDS had a recent win over Ben Rothwell making him all the more eligible for a match against the Beast.
Fans would love to see the match between the two former champions. JDS showcases very good boxing abilities that have helped him score twelve knockouts in his entire career. Lesnar,on the other hand, has a high-level wrestling background, not to mention freakish explosiveness and agility. It would be interesting to see a match between a boxer and a wrestler.
