Axial Lacuna is the newest Solar Fusion Rifle from the Pale Heart destination in Destiny 2. It is a Precision Framed Fusion Rifle that fires with 780 Charge Time, alongside maximum Impact and Range. Players can choose to craft the weapon with the best perks for any activity, all with an enhanced version of each perk for increased effect.

This article lists the best perks to have on the Axial Lacuna Fusion Rifle for PvE and PvE.

The following perks are recommended on the Axial Luna for PvE:

Polygonal Rifling for increased Stability on the weapon
Accelerated Coils for reduced Charge Time on the weapon with the cost of Impact damage
Reconstruction for auto-reload of the weapon up to double capacity. The enhanced version improves the rate at which the magazine overfills
Controlled Burst, where landing every shot in the burst grants this weapon reduced Charge Time and increased damage. The enhanced version grants increased damage and duration of the effect.

Vorpal Weapon is a great replacement in place of Controlled Burst, where the weapon can damage 15% increased damage to bosses and Champions. Incandescent is another perk that can be used for clearing out groups of enemies.

The following perks are recommended on the Axial Luna for PvP:

Polygonal Rifling for increased Stability on the weapon
Particle Repeater for more Stability
Keep Away for increased Range and Accuracy on enemies 15 meters away. Enhanced version can increase the Range and Accuracy
Kickstart for increased damage and reduced Charge Rate on a slide after sprinting

The idea here is to stack as much Stability as possible since Precision Framed Fusion Rifles can become unstable from a decent Range. Hence, having more Stability means increased chances of landing all shots on an opposing Guardian, therefore shutting them down with one charge.

Vorpal Weapon is a great addition to the fourth column, or Surrounded in 6v6 game modes.

How to get Axial Lacuna in Destiny 2?

Axial Lacuna can be crafted after collecting five Deepsight versions of the same weapon. However, each copy can be farmed from Pale Heart, or a guaranteed Deepsight copy can be picked from Ghost vendor every week in Pale Heart.

Each copy of Axial Lacuna requires 4 Pale Heart Engram and 3,000 Glimmer.
