Slayer's Fang is the new Exotic Shotgun that can be farmed from Kell's Fall Exotic mission in Destiny 2 Episode Revenant. It will also be the final Exotic weapon before a new episode, allowing players to have some fun with this Void weapon, along with the new Artifact perks that cater heavily to the Void element.

The standard version of the Kell's Fall mission will drop only Slayer's Fang. However, one must have all four Catalysts to bring out its full potential.

This article lists everything related to Slayer's Fang Catalysts, how to get them, and some prerequisites to get things started.

Note: Following the steps below requires the Slayer's Fang Exotic Shotgun to be in your inventory. You must also be accustomed to Kell's Fall mission mechanics.

1) Prerequisites

The four Catalyst quests for the Slayer's Fang in Destiny 2 can be obtained from Eido at the Last City after completing the eighth step of the seasonal "Kell of Kells" quest. This means you must complete the Kell's Fall mission at least once and acquire the Slayer's Fang Exotic Shotgun.

The Catalyst quest is titled "Revenant Slayer I-IV" and requires you to do the same task across all four missions. However, note that this mission must be done in Expert difficulty, with Slayer's Fang being equipped in your loadout.

Lastly, at the end of the eighth step in Kell of Kells, your objective will be to complete another version of Kell's Fall, titled 'Distortion.' Completing the Catalyst missions in Expert Distortion will also count towards the seasonal quest progression.

2) Defeat enemies with active tonics

The first quest step for Slayer's Fang catalyst needs you to defeat enemies inside the Kell's Fall mission with an active tonic. The tonic can be anything, from a Volatile to an Enriching.

To set an active tonic, open your inventory, followed by the Tonic Capsule, and then select any tonic to equip.

We recommend doing this inside Kell's Fall mission, as every task that follows is within this mission anyway. Once done, all four Catalyst missions will be updated, asking you to locate Illusory Anchors.

3) Illusory Anchor I

Locate the first shattered door in the mission and enter the mirrored dimension. Take the first left and head to the dead end. Here, you will find the first anchor floating in the air. Use the Slayer's Fang Shotgun to shoot it.

Next, head to the central area within this dimension that has a tree branch in it. Look for the anchor at the back side of this area, near a huge door.

Lastly, take a right from this anchor and then another right to find another huge door. Shoot the anchor here to complete one quest.

4) Illusory Anchor II

In the mad bomber boss fight, head to the mirrored dimension via the door and locate the first anchor in the middle of the arena.

The next anchor can be found on the right side of the arena just by a statue. For the final anchor, head to the stairs at the back of the arena and locate the anchor beside the cauldron in the mirrored dimension.

In the Mindbender boss fight, enter the mirrored dimension and immediately look behind the door for the first anchor. Next, head inside the boss arena and take a right towards a gap in the wall with a cauldron. Take the rightmost gap, and there will be an anchor inside.

For the final anchor, head through the tunnel on the left of the entrance. Keep going until you find another pathway that leads to the exit. The final anchor will be located near the entrance of the pathway.

After entering the mirrored dimension in the final boss fight, go to the back side of the arena, and take the stairs up. Now, take a right and you will see a statue. The anchor will be located in front of this statue.

For the second anchor, head down the stairs, take a right, and head for the yellow lights. Here, you will find another statue and a cauldron, with an anchor on top of the statue.

For the final step, make sure to complete the Kell's Fall mission on Expert difficulty, and all four Catalysts will be handed to you.
