The Moon Pendant Fragment can be obtained at a specific time in a certain location. Don't worry, though, as it's the easiest legendary fragment to get in the game. To acquire it, keep an eye on the moon on your lobby screen. You can find the moon in the top right corner, where your avatar sits.

This screen hints at the current moon phase. There are five phases that change every 6 hours or so. Keep in mind that the lobby screen doesn't update the moon's phase in real-time, so you'll need to log out and log back in each time to see the current phase.
When you log in and see the full moon, it's your chance to get the fragment. Quickly head to the training room and enter the temple. You'll see a bright, white glowing object in the middle of the room. Interact with it to unlock the Moon Pendant Fragment in Dungeonborne. Once you've obtained the fragment, exit to your lobby.

Back in the lobby, talk to your blacksmith and use the Fragment to unlock the Moon Pendant. When you equip the Pendant, you'll get the following stats:

- +9% to all elemental resistances
