Suppressors in The Forever Winter are much more important than players typically realize. Unlike shooter games like Call of Duty, where you can simply shoot your way out of every situation. In this post-apocalyptic wasteland, you must be smart, adaptive, and most importantly, silent.
Most of the enemies you encounter during raids can kill you far more efficiently than you can kill them. Therefore, being silent and avoiding combat is a crucial skill in The Forever Winter. To make your gun more stealthy and increase your survivability, you should use a suppressor.
Guide to Getting Suppressors in The Forever Winter
Suppressors, or silencers, are gun attachments that can be obtained from vendors, particularly the Eurasian vendor, Aramaki. To bring Aramaki to your Innards, you must have four days' worth of water.
Once you have enough water, Aramaki will join your base, and you can browse his wares to find various attachments for different weapons. Scroll through the attachments tab and search for the appropriate suppressor for your weapon.

Suppressors in The Forever Winter are muzzle attachments, and they are sold at a reasonable price. Attach a suppressor to all your guns, but if you don’t have enough credits, make sure your primary rifle has a suppressed muzzle.
Some suppressors in The Forever Winter may require certain weapon experience levels. If your desired weapon doesn’t meet the level requirement, use it more frequently during your runs. When you successfully exfiltrate from a run, you gain experience for the weapons you used during that run.
