The blueprints for the Renegade Armor set are available in the Echoes From the Rift and Caged Prisoner drop rolls. You'll need to spend Starchrom currency to make pulls. The Caged Prisoner has a better chance of giving you the blueprints for the armor set, so try to make as many pulls in this pool as possible.
Each pull will cost you 500 Starchrom. This currency can be acquired through battle pass rewards or Journey task completion rewards.
Another way to get the blueprints for the set is to buy them from the in-game store. Interact with the Wish Machine to open the Starchrom store. Here you can buy each of the blueprints using Starchrom currency. Each piece will cost you 3,000, so buying the full set will cost you around 18,000 Starchrom.
