How to start and complete Throne and Liberty Intimidating Breath

The Throne and Liberty Intimidating Breath quest has two main objectives and no prerequisites that players need to fulfill. Here are the objectives of the mission:

• Defeat Giant Crystal Scorpion
• Defeat the trapped Basilisk

Here is how you can begin this quest and complete it without any hiccups:

• Open the Codex window and head to the Stonegard section of the left list under the Exploration tab. Select the Abandoned Stonemason section and scroll down in the mission section till you find the Intimidating Breath quest.
• Activate the quest and make your way to the Abandoned Stonemason region. Once you have reached the location, you will need to travel to the Southeast side of the Abandoned Stonemason Town and reach the Old Chapel.
• This is where you will find the Giant Crystal Scorpion most of the time. The monsters need to be eliminated for the first objective to be completed. Make sure to not rush this part of the mission and slowly chip away at the creature’s health pool while avoiding all possible incoming attacks.
• Once the scorpion is defeated, the first objective will be marked as completed in your HUD. Then, you can go to the nearby areas with fewer scorpions and basilisks roaming around.
• You will find a few traps marked with a star icon. These traps activate automatically, so all you need to do is attack one of these basilisks and lure them to the traps. Once these creatures walk over it, the trap activates and holds the basilisk down temporarily.
• While the basilisk is in its trapped state, you will need to eliminate it and complete the second part of the mission.

It is important to note that the traps can only hold a basilisk for a short duration. So it is generally effective to attack the monsters and lower their health pools before luring them near the traps. Then, you can launch your attack skills and take it down with a swift blow.
