Warframe Reconifex build guide

Reconifex is a brand-new automatic primary rifle introduced to Warframe with the 1999 update. Like the other 1999 assault rifle AX-52, this too comes with its own gimmick to set it apart from average bullet-hose primaries. Reconifex has a mechanic similar to the Drifter weapon Sirocco, where you can get a perfect reload by reloading in the right window of opportunity.

For a perfect reload, you get a much faster animation, as well as a magazine of Heat-infused rounds. This works the same as Saryn's Toxic Lash, where instead of additive Heat damage, you get a completely separate hit-scan instance with independent status chance, meaning it's a pseudo-multishot.

Reconifex is a through-and-through heavy machine gun, boasting a massive magazine, offset by a high reload time. What really makes it stand out is the 2.8x Crit Multiplier, which is quite great for an automatic weapon. With this Reconifex build, we will go for a by-the-miles critical mod setup, and make use of a synergy hand-picked for this specific weapon.

Mods used:

• Vital Sense
• Critical Delay
• Primed Shred
• Stormbringer

Primer

Since we use Galvanized Shot, we need a status primer to pair it up with. You can try to get a Heat-Inherit secondary to min-max, or for a lesser DPS ceiling but an easier approach, you can use a Diriga primer setup with any ranged Sentinel weapon of choice.

Warframe synergy

Since Reconifex essentially gives you a free multishot for perfect reloads, you can lean into that exact gimmick by using it on Saryn with Toxic Lash. With Toxic Lash on, you'll get three multishot worth of rounds for every ammo fired, which is multiplied by your outgoing multishot amount.

For even more overkill, you can replace Molt with Xata's Whisper as a Helminth ability.
