The Clash Royale Season 64 will begin on October 7, 2024, featuring several balance changes to improve the meta. Supercell is working on tweaking 15 cards to either boost or decrease their effectiveness in battle. Troops such as Tesla, Goblin Machine, and Suspicious Bush will receive buffs to improve their stats, while units like Goblin Demolisher will be nerfed to maintain game balance.

These are the required nerfs:

  • Bomber: The Hit Point of Bomber is reduced by 2%, decreasing it from 230 to 225.
  • Goblin Demolisher: When the health of Goblin Demolisher reaches 50%, he activates his charge ability which allows him to run towards the nearest building and deal high damage after exploding. During this time, his health used to decrease after 10 seconds at max. However, this will be reduced to seven seconds, dealing 30% nerf to the character.
  • Void: The strong beam damage for one target has been reduced from 472 to 320. This will reduce the spell's usage in the existing Clash Royale decks.
  • Evolved P.E.K.K.A.: The evolved version of P.E.K.K.A. had healing capability, which allows him to withstand several onslaught. Earlier, this ability was used to heal him for 471 health per kill. However, after the upcoming Clash Royale Season 64 balance changes, he will only heal for 412 health whenever he defeats his opponent.
  • Evolved Tesla: The expanding electric pulse spawned after the death of Evolved Tesla will no longer stun the enemy and will only damage them.
  • Evolved Wizard: The knockback range of Evolved Wizard, which is triggered after the destruction of his shield is reduced from four tiles to three tiles.
  • Cannoneer: The minimum time required to hit the first target by this Tower Troop is increased from 0.6 seconds to 0.8 seconds.

All buffs in the Clash Royale Season 64 balance changes

Here are the required buffs:

  • Tesla: Unlike the nerf of the Evolved Tesla, the regular version will be buffed in two stats. Firstly, the hit speed will be enhanced from 0.83 hits/seconds to 0.91 hits/seconds. Secondly, the hit time of the troop will decrease from 1.2 seconds to 1.1 seconds.
  • Goblin Machine: The HP of Goblin Machine will get a buff, increasing it from 2196 to 2304. This will allow Goblin Machine to target opponent's units for a longer duration.
  • Skeleton Barrel: The death damage of Skeletal Barrel will be enhanced from 133 to 145 in the upcoming balance changes.
  • Suspicious Bush: The speed at which Suspicious Bush moves towards the opponent's towers will be increased from 45 to 60.
  • Evolved Goblin Cage: The hit speed and hit time of the Evolved Goblin Cage will get a buff in the upcoming Clash Royale Season 64. Hit speed will be boosted to one hit/second, while the hit time will be enhanced from 1.1 seconds to one second.

These are the required reworks:

  • Evolved Goblin Drill: The damage and knockback granted by second and third Goblin Drill spawns are removed to protect the opponent's troops and towers. Meanwhile, a new deploy time will be added between each submerge and respawn that will prevent it from respawning frequently. Apart from these nerfs, the Goblin Drill Evolution also receives a buff, which will allow the card to spawn one extra Goblin at the time of the second submerge.
  • Evolved Zap: The damage of the second and third strike from the Evolved Zap is altered. The third strike will only stun opponents and not deal any damage in the upcoming season. Meanwhile, the second strike damage is enhanced from 94 to 192 to destroy low-health troops.
