The Blank Voucher is available in the Balatro Shop and it can be purchased for $10, which is a sizeable amount considering we only get currency for each run. Moreover, the voucher is blank and cannot be used in any capacity. When you purchase a Blank Voucher, the shop will run out of stock, and you have to defeat a Boss to restock it.

However, the Blank Voucher in Balataro is not completely useless. Purchasing it enough times can unlock the Antimatter Voucher.

To get value out of your Black Vouchers, you have to redeem it 10 times from the in-game shop. The purchase will cost $100 in total, and can be made over multiple runs. This will let you unlock the Antimatter Voucher, which gives you a +1 Joker Slot.

However, doing multiple runs to buy the voucher enough times can be a hassle. You can try this method to quicken the process:

Step 1: Buy the Blank Voucher for $10.
Step 2: Open the Main Menu and select Play.
Step 3: Continue your previous run, as the shop will restock and the currency spent will be restored.
Step 4: Purchase the Blank Voucher and repeat the steps nine more times.

It is also important to note that you should not leave the shop while attempting to unlock the card. Doing so will save the game and you will have to defeat another Boss to get access to the shop.
