Confirming the Brawl Stars leak, the upcoming season introduces a unique mechanic where players must flip a Starr Drop daily to determine whether they align with the Angels or Demons. Depending on the outcome, they will receive rewards exclusive to their assigned side. Occasionally, players will have the option to choose their faction manually to explore both roles.

Furthermore, the new Codex of Doom will allow them to unlock powerful Angelic or Demonic abilities through special Starr Drops. These abilities work like Star Powers but can be applied across all Brawlers. Some notable abilities include:

• Seraphim: Spawns an angelic ally to heal teammates when one is defeated.
• Rebirth: Grants temporary invincibility and a knockback effect after surviving a fatal attack.
• Siphon: Defeats enemies to heal teammates when playing as Demons.
• Conjuring Chaos: Summons imps that attack opponents upon eliminating an enemy.

Keep in mind that players can use only one ability at a time, so teamwork will be key to creating strategic combinations in the latest game mode, called Spirit Wars. In this mode, Angels and Demons compete by collecting amulets to summon spirits. The more amulets players gather, the larger and stronger their spirit army becomes. Victory is achieved by either destroying the opponent’s turret or dealing the most damage.

A new Mythic Artillery Brawler, Juju, will be released on October 30, 2024. She uses elemental attacks—Grass, Earth, and Water—each with unique effects, making her highly versatile. Her Super summons Gris-Gris, a voodoo doll that hunts down enemies and throws needles. Interestingly, Juju can walk on water, reflecting her mastery of the elements.

Meanwhile, Shade is an Epic rarity Assassin who will be released in the game on November 29, 2024. This Brawler can float across maps and water and his Super allows him to pass through walls. His main attack shoots a cone-shaped blast that penetrates obstacles in its way.

Trophy system rework introduced in the Brawl Stars Brawl Talk

As revealed in the October 2024 update, the long-awaited Trophy System rework will launch with the Angels vs Demons season. Brawlers will now be capped at 1,000 trophies, and any trophies earned beyond that will contribute to Season Trophies, boosting players' ranks and unlocking rewards.

At the end of the season, instead of losing trophies, players will open a Trophy Box based on their Season Trophies and receive Bling. Each Trophy Box also guarantees a skin along with other rewards.
