Like other Epic skins in Brawl Stars, the Putrid Pam skin will be available for 149 Gems upon its release. Players who don't have enough Gems can purchase them through the in-game store using real-world currency. Additionally, the skin will also be available for 5,000 Bling a few weeks after its release.

The Putrid Pam skin transforms Pam into a spooky, Halloween-themed character. Her hair color turns purple and she wears tattered clothes that add to her eerie vibe. Her signature scrap sprayer is replaced with a purple tombstone featuring the words "RIP PAM" on her back, with candles attached to it. A pipe connected to the tombstone ends in a hand design, which shoots Pam’s attack projectiles.

Additionally, she wears gold pieces to cover her ear, while her shoulders have white skeletal hands attached to them, giving her a sinister edge. Her facial features are altered to include red irises and black sclera, along with several facial scars to give her a zombie-like appearance.

When she loses a match, Pam levitates and spins in the air before collapsing to the ground and resting in a sitting position.
