The Skeletal Surge skin transforms the Brawler into a mix of a hero and a terrifying monster. His body becomes predominantly purple with accents of yellow and light blue. Surge wields a massive sword in his right hand and carries a skull-shaped shield on his left arm. His shoulders are protected by armor pieces, each featuring a similar skull design.

Surge also dons a purple cape with a skeletal design in yellow and a pair of black boots. Additionally, an arrow pointing upward is displayed at the front portion of his torso to give him a heroic look.
