Here are the troops that have been nerfed:
- Archer Queen: Archer Queen’s ability has been adjusted to increase its cooldown from 15 seconds to 17 seconds, limiting its use to a single activation per deployment in most scenarios.
- Cannon Cart: Supercell has decreased the Shield Hitpoint of Cannon Cart from 892 HP to 824 HP to make it more vulnerable. This will allow other troops like Skeleton and Guard to neutralize it before it destroys the opponent troops.
- Fisherman: The Fisherman's control effect has been reduced in the latest Clash Royale Season 67 balance changes. This modification includes a 40% decrease in Fisherman's ability to slow down enemies, decreasing the overall time from 2.5 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
- Goblinstein: The Doctor's hitpoint has been reduced from 885 to 721, allowing spells to counter the tank effectively. Players can neutralize this unit by combining Zap with Poison or Fireball.

- Goblin Barrel Evolution: Previously, the Goblin Barrel Evolution would shoot two identical barrels in different directions. Only one among them was used to deal massive damage, while the other was deployed to confuse opponents. From January 2025, this card will experience a sharp decrease in its usage as the decoy barrel will now feature an indicator, informing the opponents regarding the real barrel.
- Ice Spirit Evolution: The number of ice blasts exerted by this unit has been decreased from three to two. Additionally, the blast damage is increased from 110 to 163 to balance out the card.
- Skeletons Evolution: This evolved unit will only deploy three Skeletons instead of four to decrease their efficiency in Clash Royale Season 67 balance changes, preventing them from shutting down large pushes for minimal elixir investment.
- P.E.K.K.A Evolution: The healing obtained by this evolved by demolishing opponent troops has been modified in the latest Clash Royale Season 67 balance changes. Small troops (<990 HP) demolition will only boost 142 HP of P.E.K.K.A Evolution instead of 282. On top of this, the death of large troops (>1990 HP) will regenerate 565 health instead of 282.

Here are the troops that have been buffed:
- Dark Prince: The charge range has been reduced in this update, with the 4-Elixir troop retaining a 3-tile range instead of 3.5.
- Baby Dragon: The attack splash radius of the mini-dragon has been increased from 1.2 tiles to 1.5 tiles to deal more damage during battles.
- Witch: Just like the Baby Dragon, the Witch also experiences a buff in the attack splash radius, enhancing it from 1 tile to 1.5 tiles.
- Electro Giant: This troop will now focus on nearby defenses instead of targeting those that are present at a considerable distance. This will allow the Electro Giant to swiftly advance toward enemy towers.
- Goblin Demolisher: The second form's lifetime obtained by this unit after losing 50% health has decreased from seven seconds to eight seconds in the latest Clash Royale Season 67 balance changes.
- Goblin Machine: Supercell has boosted the DPS and damage of Goblin Machine in the latest update while increasing its hit speed from 0.9 seconds to 1.2 seconds. The DPS increases from 150 to 176, while the damage of this unit experiences a sharp increase from 135 to 212.
- Mighty Miner: The damage increase time of this unit has been reduced from 2.25 seconds to 2 seconds, allowing it to deal more damage in a shorter time.
- Mini P.E.K.K.A: This troop's damage is increased from 720 to 754 to increase its efficiency.
- Cannon Evolution: The barrage damage offered by this evolved unit is enhanced from 320 to 353 to make it common among the existing battle decks.
