Here are the required steps:

Deploy the Barbarian King and gather support: Start Level 12 by deploying the Barbarian King in the designated zone east of the base. Immediately tap to recruit the Poison Lizard and Unicorn near the King's initial position, which will amplify his offensive and defensive capabilities.
Trigger the chain reaction: Tap the first Lightning Spell near the Barbarian King to activate a chain reaction that will destroy all surrounding defenses and spells. Remember to move the King away from the chain reaction by tapping the Dragons present on the right side of the Level 12 base.
Destroy the Clan Castle and use a Bag of Frostmites: As soon as the Lightning Spells go off, the Skeletons trapped nearby will be free to attack the Clan Castle and destroy it on behalf of the King. Tap and recruit the Bag of Frostmites Spell to freeze powerful defenses like the Single-Target Inferno Tower. Then, advance the King and activate his Giant Gauntlet Hero Equipment ability to destroy the five Scattershots using the help of the Earthquake Spell.
Destroy the Festive Fireworks building: Navigate the King towards the center of the base and destroy the Air Defense and Single-Target Inferno present there. Then, recruit the Bag of Frostmite Spells and other pets as the King moves towards his main target. Finally, tap on the Festive Fireworks building to destroy it and gain a 3-star victory.
