The Indus International Tournament 2025 will be conducted in four phases, which will begin in October 2024 and end sometime in February 2025. Here's the complete schedule of the tournament:

- The first phase, Homegrown, will begin from November 6, 2024, to December 3, 2024, at 2 pm IST. The stage will have a pool of 1.5 million Indian rupees.
- This will be quickly followed by the National phase, which will have a pool of 1 million Indian rupees.
- The next phase, Powerplay, will last from November 15, 2024, to December 30, 2024, with a prize pool of 2.5 million Indian rupees.
- The last stage is the international phase, which will include players from the global teams invited exclusively.
- In the final round, the top 15 teams will battle each other for a chance to earn the cash prize.
- On top of the direct cash prize, the most valued player (MVP) of the team will be rewarded with a new Mahindra Thar.
