Here is the skills overview of Lopera in Reverse 1999:

  • Double Backups (Basic Skill 1): Double Backups deal damage to a single enemy. It turns the self-buff effect, Flaming Bullet, into Incantation Bullet or Ritual Bullet. She grants the former effect to allies in front and the latter to the ones at the back.
  • Winning Chips (Basic Skill 2): Winning Chips is a self-channel skill that grants Flaming Bullet and causes Lopera to enter the Ready to Shoot status effect.
  • Bull’s Eye (Follow-Up attack): Bull’s Eye is a single target attack that deals damage and grants Right on Target to allies for two rounds. The Right on Target’s effect increases to 100% if the enemy has over 20 Burn stacks.
  • More Than Alchemy (Ultimate Skill): More Than Alchemy is a self-buff skill that creates a Crucible Arsenal array. The array increases the critical rate and causes all allies to maintain at least one of any Bullet stacks they carry. Every attack that triggers Bullet converts critical rate into critical damage. The conversion rate depends on the types of Bullet an ally possesses.
