The Battleworld Pre-Season and the Sieges will end on December 8, 2024. After this, the Battlworld mode will be temporarily paused until early 2025. Although the developer had originally planned to enhance the mode over time, they have now decided to improve it at once, tailoring it to suggestions received from players.

The Awakened Abilities of Ancient One, Emma Frost (X-Men), Doctor Strange, and Moondragon will be released in future events. This change will be made due to the extra power the Astral team receives in War when a player unlocks their Awakened Abilities.
Since Purple Iso-8 is a crucial part of Battlworld rewards, it will be added to War rewards while Battleworld is on pause.
Considering Knull was a much-awaited addition to Battlworld rosters, the developer is looking for ways to compensate for the downtime. For this, they will likely increase Knull shard rewards and other opportunities to help players obtain the King in Black.
