Mobile Legends Bang Bang Patch Notes for the Peerless Light Update: All hero buffs

In the in-game mail, the developer addressed that they will be adjusting certain heroes' powers, who rely mostly on their basic attacks (including Sun, Zilong, Argus, and more), to bring them back into the meta. Here are all the hero buffs arriving in the game:

Sun

  • Base HP: 2580 >> 2500
  • HP Growth: 235 >> 210
  • Attack Speed Growth: 3% >> 2%

Passive:

  • Reduces target's Physical Defense by 4% per stack, up to 10 stacks >> Reduces target's Physical Defense by 5% per stack, up to 6 stacks.
  • HP Recovered: Up to 50% of the Doppleganger's Physical Attack >> 75 + 25% of the Doppleganger's Physical Attack.

Skill 1:

  • Cooldown: 10 seconds >> 10-8 seconds

Skill 2:

  • Cooldown: 10 seconds >> 10-8 seconds
  • This skill no longer stops when hitting hero units

Skill 3:

  • Base Damage: 170-320 + 40% of Total Physical Attack >> 270-320 + 40%-55% of Total Physical Attack
  • New Effect: Applies a 20% slow effect for 1-5 seconds to target hit. The slow effect can stack up to 3 times with Dopplegangers.
  • Cooldown: 4 seconds >> 6 seconds
  • Optimized skill animation and visual effects to enhance the sense of power

Ultimate:

  • Duration of Dopplegangers: 12 seconds >> 8 seconds

Argus

Passive:

  • Demonic Slash Basic regen: 200 HP >> 150 HP
  • Demonic Slash Damage: 150 + 100% of Total Physical Attack >> 180 + 80% of Total Physical Attack
  • Extra Malice Energy Gained with Crit: 5 >> 10

Skill 2:

  • Removed: Attacking Cursed targets grants 200% Malice Energy
  • New Effect: Hitting an enemy grants 100 malice Energy (excess Malice Energy will be kept for the next Basic Attack)
  • Base Damage: 300-400 >> 120-240

Eternal Evil (New):

Argus draws his Meteoric Sword, dealing Physical damage to nearby enemies and becoming the Fallen Angel. If this attack hits a hero, it enhances the Meteoric Sword and the hero gains massive malice Energy after Demonic Slash.

If he takes fatal damage during the transformation, the duration of the Fallen Angel state will be reset. If he does not take fatal damage during the transformation, the cooldown will be reduced by 50% when the Skill ends.

Aulus

Passive:

  • Max Passive Stacks: 4 >> 3
  • Attack Speed Granted per Stack: 9-12% >> 15%
  • Removed Effect: Each stack of Fighting Spirit increases Physical Penetration by 1-4
  • Removed Effect: At full stacks of Fighting Spirit gets 10% Movement Speed

Skill 2:

  • New Effect: Slows the enemy on hit by 20% for 3 seconds
  • New Effect: When cast with full stacks of Fighting Spirit, deals additional Physical Damage equal to 3.5-6% (scaled with skill levels), of the target's Max HP to enemies in range (Capped at 200-900 extra damage against creeps).
  • Base Damage: 240-440 >> 200-400
  • Enhanced Basic Attack's HP Recovery Trigger: Hitting Enemy heroes and creeps >> Hitting enemy targets (Now includes enemy minion)

Ultimate:

  • Basic Craft Effect: Basic Attack deals 50% Physical Damage at Full Fighting Spirit stacks >> Basic Attack always deals 50% Physical Damage (Can be stacked with the effect of full Fighting Spirit stacks.

Zilong

Passive:

  • Base HP Regen: 30 >> 50
  • New Effect: When the target's HP is below 50%, Zilong's skills and Basic Attack deals 30 extra damage

Ultimate:

  • Attack Speed Boost: 45-75% >> 35-55%

Badang

Skill 1:

  • Reduced the foreswing time by 25%

Ultimate:

  • Control Duration: 0.6 second >> 1 second
  • Cooldown: 30-26 seconds >> 45-35 seconds

Harith

Attributes:

  • Basic Attack range: 4.1 >> 4.3

Skill 2:

  • Dashing Speed: 9 >> 12
  • Dash Distance: 3.2 >> 3
  • Enhanced Basic Attack Range: 4.1 >> 4.3

Dyrroth

Passive:

  • Removed Effect: Circle Strike recovers HP equal to 80 + 50% of damage dealt (halved against minions).
  • New Effect: Circle Strike recovers HP equal to 80 + 8% of Max HP (halved against Minions).

Skill 2:

  • Fatal Strike (skill 2 second phase) can now target all Units (previously not applicable to Minions and Summoned Units).

Cici

Basic Attack:

  • Cast Range: 3 >> 3.8

Alucard

Skill 1:

  • Cooldown: 9.5 seconds-7.5 seconds >> 8.5 seconds-6.5 seconds
  • Added one frame to the Skill backswing to enhance hit feedback

Ultimate:

  • When Ultimate is activated, the damage of each Basic Attack is increased by 40.

Irithel

Ultimate:

  • Basic Attack Damage with Ultimate: 120 + 60%-80% of Total Physical Attack >> 120-200 + 65% of Total Physical Attack.

Mobile Legends Bang Bang Patch Notes for the Peerless Light update: All hero nerfs

Moonton Games has also nerfed certain heroes (i.e., Fanny, Bruno, and Cecilion) mostly due to their increase in power over time, exceeding expectations. All the details regarding hero nerfs are provided below.

  • Basic Attack Range: 5.1 >> 4.8

Fanny

Attributes:

  • Energy Regen: 5 >> 4

Cecilion

Skill 1:

  • Magic Power Bonus to Path Damage: 80% >> 70%
  • Magic Power Bonus to End Damage: 160% >> 140%

This segment brings the details regarding the battlefield adjustments, bug fixes, and other changes.

Equipment adjustment: Malefic Gun (nerf)

Unique Passive - Malefic Energy

  • Increase Attack range: 15% >> 12%
  • Movement Speed Boost Duration: 1 second >> 0.5second

Equipment adjustment: Rose Gold Meteor (buff)

Attributes:

  • Physical Attack: 60 >> 40
  • Attack Speed: 0 >> 20%
  • Removed Magic Defense (the new Passive effect will increase Hybrid Defense)

Unique Passive:

  • Every 1% Lifesteal increases Hybrid Defense by 1, up to 50 (effect is halved for non-Fighter heroes). Due to the rework of Rose Gold Meteor, the developers are hoping to balance the Lifesteal attributes for equipment with Attack Speed and equipment with Crit Chance.

Equipment adjustment: Haas' Claws (adjusted)

Attributes:

  • Lifesteal: 25% >> 20%
  • Physical Attack: 30 >> 40

Equipment adjustment: Demon Hunter Sword (buff)

Attributes:

  • New effect: +8% Lifesteal

Unique Passive - Devour

  • Lifesteal Granted per Basic Attack: 3% >> 2%

Balance adjustments: Battlefield control optimization

  • Added a 0.1 second protection delay to canceling skills to prevent accidental cancellation during casting.
  • Optimized the targeting logic for Auto Attack or Auto Attack filter under poor network conditions.
  • Slightly reduced the activation range of the Last Hit Attack for Turret, preventing activation when the hero is too far away from the Turret.
  • Added post-channeling calibration for target location and directional skills to improve accuracy.
  • The Controls > Moving Pursuit setting now also applies to skills that trigger pursuit.

Balance adjustments: Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Fanny's Skill 1 would occasionally be triggered twice or not at all when she cast her Skill 2 consecutively.
  • Fixed an issue where Fanny's Skill 1 would occasionally be triggered abnormally when she gained Power of Cyclone and cast her Skill 2
  • Fixed an issue where the cooldown of Clint's Ultimate displayed on the skill description page did not match the actual cooldown.
  • Fixed an issue where Aulus's Damage Reduction percentage after upgrading Skill 1 did not match its description.
  • Fixed an issue where the description of Yi Sun-shin's Passive Movement Speed boost did not match the actual effect.
  • Fixed an issue where the description of Bane's Ultimate slow effect did not match the actual effect.

Balance adjustments: Others

  • Optimized the icon and description of Thamuz's Passive buff
  • A reminder to purchase Throw Forbidden will now be triggered when you are repeatedly thrown by an allied Jawhead.
  • Moniyan Display Background revamped. heroes like Togreal now have a brand new Display Background.
