Monopoly Go Fortune Hunt event: All rewards, milestones, and how to play

To build on the success of daily tournaments, Scopely recently introduced the Monopoly Go Fortune Hunt event in the popular board game. The event banks on the theme of mystery that is also found in the ongoing Haunted Mansion event. The Fortune Hunt contains multiple leaderboard rewards and milestones for tycoons participating in it.

The event is currently live and will be available until 1 PM ET on December 16, 2024.

How to play Monopoly Go Fortune Hunt event

Similar to other daily tournaments in Monopoly Go, you have to collect points (or Jewels) in the Fortune Hunt event.

Here's how to earn Jewels in the Monopoly Go Fortune Hunt event:

• Step 1: Land on Railroad tiles.
• Step 2: Achieve a Shutdown or a Bank Heist in Monopoly Go.
• Step 3: Collect Jewels.

You can obtain Jewels in the event by following these steps:

Shutdown

• Shutdown Blocked - Two Jewels
• Shutdown Success - Four Jewels

Bank Heist

• Small Heist - Eight Jewels
• Large Heist - Twelve Jewels
• Bankrupt - Sixteen Jewels
• Mega Heist - Twenty-Four Jewels

What are the Monopoly Go Fortune Hunt leaderboard rewards?

In the Monopoly Go Fortune Hunt event, you will have to face 99 other tycoons (in a single group). You must collect Jewels to progress and earn leaderboard prizes.

Here are the leaderboard prizes in the Fortune Hunt event:

• 1st position: Five-star Purple sticker pack, Cash, and 1300 free dice
• 2nd position: Five-star Purple sticker pack, Cash, and 700 free dice
• 3rd position: Four-star Blue sticker pack, Cash, and 500 free dice
• 4th position: Four-star Blue sticker pack, Cash, and 400 free dice
• 5th position: Four-star Blue sticker pack, Cash, and 350 free dice
• 6th position: Three-star Pink sticker pack, Cash, and 300 free dice
