Everything you need to know about the Monster Hunter Now Carnival
For those who haven’t played the title, the Monster Hunter Now Carnival is a perfect occasion. The requirement for participation is reaching HR11 or higher in-game. Also, experienced players at HR100 or higher can expect numerous challenges in the event.
Players are advised to upgrade their weapons and armor as high as possible and keep some free space in their inventory. Moreover, store a few healing items since there will be plenty of hunting in the event.
The event’s beta release in Tokyo revealed it will feature two special quests: Expedition and Slaying. The former requires players to collect over 11 Mystery Monster Traces at event spots, including Mining Outcrops, Bonepiles, and Vegetations. The latter, on the other hand, challenges players to slay event-specific monsters and other creatures.
Besides these, there are a few things to remember before participating in the Monster Hunter Now Carnival: The ticket cost for the event is $14.99, which grants the buyer access to the event, 300 bonus gems, exclusive special quests, weapons, and armor.
The carnival will kick off on Saturday, November 2, and Sunday, November 3, 2024, at 9 am local time. The following are other details:
- Features exclusive and limited-time items in the shop.
- Big monsters will reappear on the battlefield after 30 minutes.
- Range in the field will be increased by 50%, which cannot be fused with a Wander Droplet or Wander Orb.
- There will be no waiting time for Elder Dragon Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons.
