Begin each combat with 15 Dexterity Precision Buffs.
Medium attack delivers two Dexterity Precision Buffs.
Dodging an attack embued with Dexterity grants three Precision Buffs.

2) Mastery Bonus Ranks Above Max

Mastery Ranks that Okoye gains can stack with any other Rank that has already been invested. She can also increase her mastery beyond its maximum rank limit.
Each Rank above Max reduces the opponent's benefits received from Coagulate, Suture, Serum Science, and Mystic Dispersion Masteries by 25%.

3) Debuffs and Critical Damage Multiplier

Okoye's critical damage multiplier delivers an increased Debuff duration instead of boosting her critical damage.
Dodging an attack inflicts a non-stacking Ensnare Debuff for 12 - 18 seconds on the foe.
Critical hits put a Bleed and Shock Debuff on an enemy, inflicting 756 Direct Damage and Energy Damage for 3 - 4.5 seconds.

4) Combo Shield and Combo meter
